Mist-Pak Series. Diversified Air Systems offers a range fiber bed mist collectors ranging from 400 cfm to 12000 cfm. Our mist collectors offer efficient and low-maintenance collection of oil/coolant mist and water-based mist. The Mist-Pak™ Series introduces proprietary fiber bed barrier-type media into the air flow path collecting and removing oil mist and dry contaminant without compromising operating efficiency. The Mist-Plus™ Contaminant Management System delivers over 95% filtration efficiency with filter life on 24 hour a day operations of up to 2 years. When the fiber bed does require replacement the metal filter housings are reusable Only the fiber bed is replaced. This greatly reduces cost and waste.

Mini Mist Eliminator. The electronic Mini Mist Eliminator can be mounted directly on the machine tool for source capture of contaminants such as water-soluble, synthetic and petroleum-based coolants and smoke. The Mini M.E. (also known to the market as a mist buster, mist collector, machine mount mist collector, or mist eliminator) features high efficiency -- up to 95% efficient on 0.3 micron particles, compact cabinet design, and a 6-foot cord and plug that fits a standard 120VAC outlet.
